Placing An Order
Orders can be placed through our web site online store at www.alsetmotors.com. Any credit card order is subject to security clearance and an order may be held for any reason if we feel it necessary to do so in order to verify information regarding your account. Mail orders paid by cashier's check or certified bank check will ship immediately, if parts ae available. If sending certified funds by mail please clearly include your full name, address, phone number and email (if applicable), year, model, and drive of your vehicle. All parts are subject to a “back order” with no guaranteed delivery date. Back orders will be processed and will ship as soon as possible. If parts ordered are on back order for an abnormal length of time, we will contact you to discuss options. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping
We ship five days a week (excluding weekends and holidays) from our California warehouse. We use FedEx for most US and some shipments outside of the US. International shipments are shipped using US Postal Service, FedEx, TNT or DHL, depending on price and service area. Some larger shipments require the ground freight transportation whereby we use a variety of freight trucking companies. Once a product has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the shipping firm, any claims must be made directly with that shipper. We can assist with most cases, ask your representative.

We offer shipping to APO addresses via the United States Postal Service. Dimensions are limited to a certain size. If your package is too large to send via USPS, we will ship it via FedEx or DHL to a private address. (Please note: In Germany, Military Personnel will be required to visit their transportation office to get the proper customs form to submit by hand in the city of Cologne, in order to receive their goods free of import duties.)

Only merchandise returned within 30 days of shipment are able to be returned and pertain to this return policy. Returned goods will not be accepted without written (email) permission from ALSET.

Merchandise that is custom ordered or special ordered is not eligible for cancellation, refund or exchange and does not qualify for the 30 day return policy.

In case of problems or returns, contact ALSET immediately (info@alsetmotors.com) and we will attempt to resolve the problem. In some cases, ALSET will authorize merchandise to be returned to the factory for inspection and in order to make a determination in the validity of the claim. A Returned Goods Authorization is required before any returned merchandise will be accepted by ALSET. Packages shipped to ALSET without a Returned Goods Authorization number will be returned to the shipper.

We will not warranty any part that has been modified or painted.

Return
Only pre-authorized returns will be accepted. No returns after 30 days of receiving the merchandise. If you have a return item contact ALSET (info@alsetmotors.com) for a “Return Authorization” number. A $50.00 handling fee or a 15% restocking charge (whichever is greater) will apply to this return goods policy. All adjustments will be based upon cost at the time of purchase. All returns must be in the original packaging and in new, re-saleable condition. All shipping costs, including duties and brokerage fees, will be at purchaser's cost. All returns are subject to a restocking fee per the above mentioned terms. Incorrect items will be replaced as soon as possible. Please notify us immediately if there is a problem with your order.

All special orders can not be cancelled (check with ALSET). Any parts featured in our advertisements, catalogs, brochures or web site and are not normally carried in our stocking inventory will constitute this item to be a special order.

Test fit all parts before final installation. ALST is not liable for any mis-shipped items nor will we reimburse for any incurred labor charges from these incidences. Once parts are painted they are non-returnable. Please notify us if you have received any wrong items, we will work to correct the parts as soon as possible.

Sales Tax
All California residents are subject to current sales tax.
Only out of state sales and California wholesale dealers with a state resale card on file with ALSET are exempt.
